How we work
Most issues are solved remotely, and we send a technician on-site anywhere in the Los Angeles area when a problem needs hands-on work. New clients go through a four-step onboarding: defining the services, collecting IT data on site, reviewing it with your team, and a handoff meeting where we walk through our findings and recommendations.
Managed IT plans are billed as a fixed monthly fee, starting at $57 per user per month.
